Paneer Palak

Paneer Palak translated is Indian cream cheeese and spinach. This is a firm favourite in our cooking classes and one can substiture the paneer for vegan tofu and it is an equally delicious and a perfectly spiced dish that can be enjoyed with roti or rice.
