This Simple yet exceptionally delicious Crab Curry recipe is made the South African way, cooking freshly cleaned (preferably orange crab) in fresh spices, herbs, tomatoes, tamrind and coconut cream.


Traditionally, this dishes is never cooked in small quantities, and usually at family get togethers. With family sitting at the table literally eating for hours, enjoying this dish with rice or mealie pap and a bit of salad on the side.
